Refund policy
Returns and refunds
Our cards are made for scoffing, so keeping them safe matters.
Edible products
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns of edible cards or edible ink pens once their protective seal has been opened, for health and hygiene reasons.
Personalised products
Personalised cards cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. This applies even if their protective seal is unopened. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Unopened products and other items
For eligible non-personalised purchases, tell us within 14 days after the day you receive your goods if you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days after telling us to return them. Email orders@scoffpaper.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and a clear statement that you wish to cancel; you do not need to give a reason. Contact us for return instructions. You are responsible for the direct cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
We will refund eligible returns within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the standard outward delivery charge; any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, email orders@scoffpaper.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Please tell us promptly so we can investigate. Where reasonably available, include photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label, and keep the goods and packaging while we assess the issue. Please do not feed a product to your dog if you suspect it is unsafe.
We assess claims fairly and may ask for reasonable supporting information, check dispatch or carrier records, or arrange inspection or a return. Missing photos do not automatically invalidate a claim. Contact us before sending edible goods back so we can give appropriate instructions. Where a return is required for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will cover reasonable return costs.
A damaged, faulty or misdescribed product may entitle you to a refund, replacement or other remedy under consumer law. Personalisation, an opened seal or a sale price does not remove those rights. We do not offer a separate guarantee that every dog will like a particular flavour; a preference alone does not mean the product is faulty.
Fair use
Claims must be honest and accurate. We may investigate suspected false or duplicate claims and decline claims that, after fair investigation, are shown to be fraudulent or unsupported. We may share relevant information with payment providers, carriers or authorities where necessary and lawful. This does not prevent you from exercising your statutory rights or raising a genuine payment dispute.
These terms apply to consumer purchases. They do not restrict any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
